Silicone removal for a short nose

My original nose was a short nose, but I had the nasal bridge raised with silicone, and for function, ear cartilage was used to lengthen the nose and raise the nasal tip. But the nasal bridge was raised too high, so the tip was also too high, and since my original nose was short, I disliked that my nostrils were visible from the front. So I emphasized that I wanted my nostrils not to show when viewed from the front, and it ended up looking like the septum was protruding forward a bit, making my nose too long and like a drooping, arrow-shaped nose ㅠㅠ Also, because it was made too high, my skin couldn’t tolerate it, so the nasal tip bent to the side. In 2 weeks, it will be 6 months since my first rhinoplasty…
