Has anyone here gone in without using dermis and just had only the silicone replaced? I went to AND, Banana, and Top Class. Some places mentioned dermis and some places didn't, so does that mean I don't need to use it? I'm confused... It's clear that my skin has gotten thinner, but why wouldn't they mention it.. Are they saying that if I just switch to thinner silicone, there won't be any show-through? Something like that...
