Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Do I absolutely have to remove the silicone because of nasal tip deformity from silicone that’s been in for over 10 years?..

It’s been over 10 years since I had rhinoplasty with silicone, and I feel like my nasal tip is gradually lifting, so I think it’s probably contracture. It’s not severe, and other people don’t notice unless I mention it, so only I know, but my nasal tip is definitely different from before. It has lifted a little. Looking through my photos, it seems like over the past 5 years it has been getting slightly shorter little by little. So now I’m looking into revision surgery or removal. Since once contracture happens, it can eventually happen again, I do think the silicone should probably be removed first. But if I remove it, my original nose really had almost no nasal bridge…
