It's been 10 years since surgery, and after a long time thinking about it, I booked a date for silicone removal surgery at the place where I had the surgery haha. I think there is also slight cartilage show-through at the nasal tip, so I was planning to remove everything while leaving only the strut. But the director says that since it will be opened anyway, for the two layers of ear cartilage placed on the nasal tip, either trim them so they don't show through and make them fit with the height after silicone removal, or if absolutely not, just remove one layer. He says that even if I get filler later, there is a limit to increasing the height. So I'm debating whether to follow the director's recommendation or just leave only the strut. Either way, the surgery fee is the same. Everyone...
