I wrote a day-4 post on the multiple-revision surgery board and deleted the photos! Today I went to the clinic, got the splint removed, and had the stitches taken out!
Today I talked with my surgeon.. It was our first conversation after surgery! As in my last post, he said my nose really had been in seriously bad shape ㅠㅠㅠ. He said it was basically the same as reconstructing my nose...ㅋㅋㅋ Oh my, I didn’t know my nose was that bad ㅠㅠㅠ It’s a nose that took so much time and so much effort from the director! ㅠㅠㅠ I told him I was really grateful! Seriously.. I wondered, can a damaged nose really become this high???
I still haven’t gotten used to my nose being highㅋㅋ My image has completely changed. It feels like the face I lived with my whole life changed 180 degrees, so it feels awkward when I look in the mirror! When I see my side profile, I’m really shocked..ㅋㅋ It feels like there’s someone else there, not me!
In my last post, I said I hoped the height would stay like it is now, hehe, but now that the splint is off, I feel awkward, so I’m thinking I hope the swelling goes down ^^;;
Still, I’m truly so grateful to the doctor who saved my worst-case conditions!! From nothing to something.. no, not nothing. Since he couldn’t demolish the damaged building completely and build it all over again, he made a miracle with the foundation and materials that were there ㅋㅋㅋ Thank you once again!! Photos deleted!!
Also, to everyone currently raising a child or planning to raise one in the future!!!!!! Whether my eyes are open or I’m asleep, a child can play around at any time and headbutt my face or throw a punch ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Please be really careful!!!!!! Less than a month after surgery, I was sleeping in the living room with my mom and got smacked hard by a hand.. In my mid-20s, I got headbutted twice by my nephew, and from my late 20s, I got headbutted and punched once each by my son... my nose ended up in terrible shape ㅜ Please really be careful ㅜㅜㅜㅜ
