Right now I have silicone raising the bridge of my nose, and the tip is autologous ear cartilage, but if I remove the silicone, do I also have to remove the cartilage that was placed in the center and put in new cartilage again? While looking things up here and there, I started thinking that just removing the silicone and trimming the cartilage might suit my personality better than revision surgery, but can you keep using the cartilage already inside the nose?
