It’s been um~~~ about 7 years since my first surgery, but I think the nasal tip drooping started about 1~2 years after the surgery. Since then, I compared it every time I looked in the mirror, and I felt it started dropping around that time. Back then it was just like, “the nasal tip is dropping a bit,” but now the nasal tip has dropped a lot, almost like it was before my first surgery, and I really think it’s time for revision surgery, so I’m looking into hospitals for revision rhinoplasty. It was so long ago that I don’t remember exactly what was done ? Do I need to find that out from the hospital where I had the previous surgery? That’s not necessary, right? The doctor will know just by looking, right? I want to solve the current problem and do it without side effects, so I never have to get revision surgery again. I feel like if I take CT photos, everything will show up. It was done a long time ago, but I had silicone inserted, so I want to remove the silicone and do the nasal tip with autologous rib cartilage or septal cartilage. Since it’s a revision, autologous rib cartilage would definitely be better, right? I feel like that’s the only way the nasal tip won’t drop. The hospitals I’ve currently looked into are Jeongseok, 431, and Miho. If there are any members who have had revision rhinoplasty, please share some information .. I really want to properly fix my drooping nasal tip. Among these, I’d like you to let me know which ones are good at using autologous rib cartilage.
