After taking it out, I honestly feel at ease. In the past, I was so anxious, worrying that contracture might happen or that something might go wrong, and I was extremely psychologically uneasy too. But for real, when contracture actually happened, it felt like what was bound to happen had happened, and rather, now I feel like it was good that I removed it, so my mind is really at ease.
