Since the inflammation keeps recurring so much, I’m worried it might actually lead to contracture at this rate, so I just want to remove the silicone… But I don’t want to go back to my original nose either, so I’m torn. They say I don’t need to worry about inflammation, but if I remove the silicone, then what should I do about the nasal bridge? It’s not like my original nose was highㅜ I like styles like Louvre and OMㅜ With implant-free surgery, I probably can’t get that glamorous look, right? For the nasal bridge, what material should be used besides silicone?

라디오 If not silicone, don’t they usually use dermis? Louvre and OM are glamorous lines, but if the nasal bridge is low, as far as I know, implant-free surgery isn’t possible.
