For my first surgery, I had the nasal bridge done with silicone and the tip tied with ear cartilage. My nose hasn’t had a lot of manipulation, but my original nose is on the larger side with a bulbous, blunt nasal tip and wide alae. Among the places I consulted with, I narrowed it down to ㅅㅇ and ㅍㄹㅁ. I want to get rid of the bulbous-nose feel like my original nose, and I don’t want to lose the shape either ㅠㅠㅠ Among everyone who had removal at ㅅㅇ or ㅍㄹㅁ, can you share your review? It would be even better if your conditions are similar to mine, but it’s okay if not. If my surgery goes well later, I’ll leave a lot of information for everyone too.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
