It’s been 3 weeks since removal, but I haven’t had the internal stitches taken out. My nose feels so blocked, though. Would it be okay to go to an ENT and ask them to clean my nose?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
