I had rhinoplasty two years ago with 3 mm silicone + ear cartilage, but because the bridge between my eyes is high and the nasal tip couldn’t keep up, my nose looks droopy. So I’m planning to remove the silicone (implant-free) and have revision surgery with septal cartilage + ear cartilage.
When doing implant-free surgery, I’m really worried about a step-off between the nasal bridge and tip, like a boot shape. The clinic said they can place ear cartilage over the step-off area to leave it managed like thatㅠㅠ But there isn’t much information about this surgical method, so I’m worried ㅠㅜ Is there anyone here who knows about thisㅠㅠ
Also, I’m curious how others had surgery for an implant-free step-off ㅜㅠ
