The reason I first ended up getting surgery was because of a deviated septum, so I had surgery at the ENT department of a certain university hospital. But after the surgery, my nose became slightly saddle-shaped..ㅠ After a lot of thinking.. I went to a plastic surgery clinic and got rhinoplasty, but it failed... Then I went to another hospital and had revision surgery, and at that time I told them to make it absolutely natural, but as time passed, the nasal tip drooped, and I'm unhappy with the columella and nasolabial angle, so I'm wondering if I need surgery again.. I thought maybe I should just live with it, but when I take photos, I get the urge to have surgery... Trying to search for plastic surgery clinics again feels overwhelming.. The hospitals where I had surgery before were all famous hospitals, and I got it done by famous doctors, but still, failed cases happen, and I feel like there's no way to know who is truly skilled.. ㅠ
