For my first surgery, I didn’t look into anything and, at a young age, had only my nasal tip done with ear cartilage using a closed approach, but a round show-through remained, so 3 years ago I followed a friend whose result was good and had a revision at a hospital that’s relatively famous for noses. For the revision, it was silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage plus donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and this is ridiculous too. They never said they would use silicone, but I found out recently when I went to get keloid injections for my ear. I thought they hadn’t used it, so I was shocked and asked the front desk, and they said it’s written down that they told me. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
