I had surgery to remove silicone that had been in for about 10 years, and at the same time, because my nasal tip was tilted to one side and even my columella was completely crooked, they straightened the nasal tip. It has been exactly one week now, and yesterday I had the columellar stitches removed and the taping taken off. While the tape was on, it was attached all the way down to the columella area of my nose, so I couldn’t really tell, but after taking all the taping off yesterday… why is my nose this swollen? This is swelling, right? From the front, my nostrils show way too much. The director did say that it looks more upturned right now because it’s swollen and that it will come down, but it really will come down, right?
