Among the places where I had consultations, there’s one I liked the most, but they said I absolutely need bulbous nose correction. Since I have a hump nose, they recommended slightly refining the hump, using the septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and doing bulbous nose correction. Could I find out what kinds of side effects there may be if I do it this way? These are my thoughts about the side effects, so if anyone knows, please help. 1. Septal cartilage showing through 2. If they cut the cartilage and tie it with sutures during bulbous nose correction, over time the sutures may loosen, causing the nasal tip to droop.
