I had silicone and ear cartilage put in for a bulbous nose, and I’m thinking of either just removing them or removing them and only doing the nasal tip. I definitely want to go somewhere that makes it look natural and assesses facial proportions well. What do you think of ㅍㄹㅁㅢㅏ ㅅㅇㅣㅜ ㅊㅁㅏㅣㄴ? Please let me know if there are any places I should remove from the list or any clinics I should add
