But there are so many people saying it came back even after functional nose surgery In my case, the nasal obstruction started after my first surgery, so I know it's probably an internal nasal issue rather than something like rhinitis. For this kind of thing, if you have surgery once, does it not get blocked again? And they do treat nasal obstruction from internal nasal issues even when it's not rhinitis, right?
