Among the places I had consultations, I’m most drawn to ㅇㅂㅋ. How is the director’s skill? I’m going to remove the silicone and do it without an implant, and I don’t want to use costal cartilage, but they said it can be done without using costal cartilage, so I’m debating whether to do it here. The look I’m pursuing is a polished yet natural glam look. Looking at review photos, the side profile is pretty, but from the front it sometimes looks like the nose appears bulky, and it seems more natural than polished-natural-glam, so I’m debatingㅜ I think the nasal tip is the most important, so if anyone knows whether they shape the nasal tip well, please tell meㅜㅠ Oh, I’m also planning functional nose surgery, but are there side effects with the inferior turbinate...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
