After full nose implant/material removal, if a contraction phase develops, how does the overall impression of my face change when a complete stranger looks at me? Do I end up looking pig-nosed? Or even during the contraction phase, does the nasal tip only lift very slightly, so there isn’t much difference in my facial impression compared with before removal or when I had my natural nose?
