Every day has been hell after functional rhinoplasty. They used minced donor costal cartilage and even cartilage to build it up, and it’s almost week 3 now, but I don’t know if it’s because they forced a paranasal augmentation on me or what, it feels incredibly hard like a rock, and they turned my nose into Pinocchio’s. Ha I need revision surgery, and I’m curious when people usually get it after the first surgery.
