It’s been over 2 years since my nose surgery, and I can feel cartilage inside the right side of my nose. Sometimes, when I touch the area marked in the photo, I get a sharp tingling sensation too ㅠ At first, I didn’t really pay attention to being able to feel cartilage inside my nose, but since I suddenly started getting this sharp pain, I got anxious and took a photo. It seems like asymmetry has developed too. If I just leave it alone, will it get worse?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
