I had a consultation for silicone removal, replacement with MegaDerm, and nasal tip repositioning. It’s said to be one of the top three, but it’s so hard to find reviews. The clinic itself doesn’t provide any before-and-after photos either, so how did everyone decide?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
