It’s been one month and one week since my rhinoplasty… At first, even when the splint was removed, I could see that my nose was crooked, but they said it was because of swelling and told me to wait for now, so I waitedㅠㅠ But after a month passed, the more the major swelling went down, the more obvious the crookedness becameㅠㅠ On the left side, I developed mucosal adhesion, and on the right side, I can’t really see the inside of the nostril well, I can’t breathe well either, and even my eyes keep swelling, so I went to the hospital for a consultation. They said that usually it’s better to have revision surgery after 6 months, but since the swelling could be an inflammatory reaction to the silicone, opening it up quickly wouldn’t be bad either, and asked if I wanted revision surgery. Is it really right to open it up again and have surgery after just a month and a half… It kind of felt like the hospital was saying, whether to have revision surgery after one month is your choice. Even if something goes wrong, it was your choice, so don’t regret it. That was their reaction, so I’m pissed ㅠㅠ If it’s clearly bad, they should say it’s bad, or tell me to wait 6 monthsㅠㅠ They’re scaring me by saying they can only know whether it’s inflammation after opening it upㅠㅠ

잇차차 It even looks crooked on CT, so the hospital’s response is disappointing.

필리파 They usually say AS is either within 2 weeks or after 6 months.. but if there’s a problem, I think it’d be better to just open it up quickly.. The hospital’s response is so infuriating......
