Avoid nose surgery with dermis

Seriously, avoid nose surgery done entirely with dermis. Seriously You can't shape every form with dermis. (Dermis is flesh, so it can spread out and get compressed depending on the nose. The nasal tip needs a firm material. They can do everything with dermis? Everything is possible? That's a lie, seriously) They can't create the shape, and even when it looks weird, if it looks strange later, they blame the patient. 'That's just how it normally is.' 'You're the problem.' They say things like that. They really do it like gaslighting. Avoid dermis surgery, seriously. Just get cartilage surgery instead. I think that would leave a better result. Ps. What's really scary is that if I reply with where that place is, I'm scared because it feels like that hospital left the comment to try to find meㄷ
