The photo is my original nose, and it’s been 2 years since the surgery. I’d like that sharp-looking feeling at the nasal tip to remain, but if I had septal extension surgery, they must have rounded and refined the nasal tip or done some manipulation, right?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
