I want to remove the nasal silicone because it feels uncomfortable, but I want to make the nasal tip pretty again. But if I go to a reconstruction-specialized clinic, I feel like they’ll remove everything or make it too natural, and with a revision rhinoplasty-specialized clinic, I’m not sure whether they can remove the silicone well without causing problems. Looking at reviews, reconstruction clinics definitely seem to focus on reconstruction without using silicone, while revision rhinoplasty clinics have many reviews where they make the nose pretty even if they have to use silicone. There don’t seem to be many reviews of only doing the nasal tip after removing silicone. I’m so torn. I’m going to visit both, but if it were everyone here, where would you lean…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
