I’m looking into revision surgery for a hump nose, and the places I like aesthetically are Begin and Obli. Since it’s a revision surgery, I really want this to be my last surgery, so could I hear reviews from everyone who had it done there? I want to use an ear cartilage strut (I used septal cartilage before, so I can’t use it), and Obli seems to use ear cartilage struts a lot. Begin seems to mainly use autologous costal cartilage and septal struts, so that worries me about Begin, but Begin seems to create a slimmer frontal effect, and that’s what I want. With Obli, I don’t think I’ve seen many reviews showing a slim frontal effect, but they also seem to shape the nasal tip line well even with ear cartilage, so I’m conflicted. Everyone who had surgery at Begin or Obli, anyone who had surgery with an ear cartilage strut at Begin, or anyone who saw a frontal effect at Obli, please let me know in the comments I’m hoping for honest comments, so I won’t share the comments.
