I’m looking into revision surgery because of a drooping nasal tip. I’m looking into doing it with autologous costal cartilage, and I’ve bookmarked ㅍㄴㅅ, ㅋㅂㅈ, ㅇㄴㄷ, ㄷㄴ because I heard these places do a lot of autologous costal cartilage. Is that right? Other than these, if there are any other hospitals that are somewhat famous for autologous costal cartilage, please recommend them. Also, for those who had autologous costal cartilage surgery because of a drooping nasal tip, do you have no drooping?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
