헤이헤22 If you’re worried because of drooping, surgeries usually build up the nasal tip with costal cartilage. I also have tight skin and was told by most clinics that my tissue has a strong tendency to pull back, so they recommended costal cartilage. Honestly, I’m more drawn to autologous costal cartilage than donated rib cartilage too, so I booked at Louvre, where I often saw autologous costal cartilage reviews. If there’s a nasal material you want, you can bring that up during the consultation and emphasize it.
