My nose used to be slim, but after rhinoplasty, the nasal tip became really fat and blunt, so my face looks unnatural and unattractive. I went around getting consultations for removal, but they said that even if I have it removed, it would be hard for it to become slim like my original nose and it would stay blunt. I feel hopeless Then what on earth are cases like this supposed to do? Is there no solution? Usually, when people get rhinoplasty, their nose mostly becomes slimmer, so I don’t understand why mine became even blunter.
