It’s now day 3 after my nose surgery I had the nasal packing removed today, but when I got home and looked, the mucous membrane inside one side of my nose was severely swollen, so even the nostril sizes are uneven now. More than anything, I don’t know why the columella part looks so thick. Is it because the inside is swollen? The photo is really gross, but I’m so worried that I’m uploading it. Is it possible for this to go down?

공당장당 [@] There can be swelling on the inside around the columella too, right? I don’t think there’s any heat sensation, but the difference between the two sides seems so big
