It has been two and a half years since I had surgery with 4 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and nostril base reduction. I’m a man. But the shape is awkward in its own way, and the cartilage is gradually starting to show through at the nasal tip. I had it done by a salaried doctor at a large factory-style clinic, and I regret it enormously. My nose was originally very flat, so it doesn’t even really look noticeable. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
