If I get revision rhinoplasty this time, it will be my 4th time. The first time, I had it done with ear cartilage, but the tip drooped, so I had a revision. Then because aftercare was insufficient and it left scarring, I had a second revision. My nostrils were uneven, so I had a third revision. - My nose was originally very crooked, and after the last surgery, I just lived with it, thinking maybe this was the law of my original features not changing. But now I have more time, so I’m thinking of getting revision surgery, telling myself this will be the last time. All the surgeries above were done as free after-service at the original hospital, and it’s been about 3 years since the last one. But my nostrils are uneven again and my nasal tip has come down, so when I went for a consultation, they said we should definitely build it up with costal cartilage and correct it…
