I already had a bit of a saddle nose originally, but while shaving down the hump, I also developed an inverted-V deformity. My skin is so thin that they say if I get spreader grafts, everything might show through. For now, even if I remove it, I want to do something so it doesn't collapse, and I want to remove the nasal tip material. I'm curious whether ㅈㅅ Plastic Surgery and ㅇㄷ Plastic Surgery are good at reconstructive surgery and whether they also use things like autologous dermis, since my skin is quite thin.
