There isn’t any major problem, but I sometimes have tenderness and pain, and because of the foreign-body sensation from the implant, I’m thinking about revision surgery to remove it and go implant-free. I’ve already had consultations at two clinics. But what I’m struggling with is that I 100% want to remove the silicone no matter what, rather than living with this mental stress. Honestly, though, I really like my nose right now, and if I weren’t worried about complications or the nasal tip drooping, I wouldn’t think about revision surgery at all. So I’m writing this because I keep worrying, what if I remove the silicone and fill it with autologous cartilage but don’t like the result?
