I’m 8 days post-op from nose surgery, and I really don’t like it ㅜ I had osteotomy correction for a crooked nose, nasal tip correction, hump correction, autologous costal cartilage to fill a step-off, bulbous nose correction with thread tying, long nose correction, and short nose correction, like this ㅜ ㅜ I only wanted to slightly do the nasal tip, but my philtrum looks longer and my nose has become like Pinocchio’s nose. If I remove the autologous costal cartilage, will it go back to my original nose? And my nostrils are so uneven ㅜ Also, my columella is crooked, so I can’t look in the mirror. Please save me. I’m thinking of revision surgery, but can I go back to my original nose?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
