I had a consultation there for removal, and they said that if the support strut is removed, the nose could become upturned, so they suggested placing a columellar strut. Other places say it won't become upturned. If anyone has had removal there, I would be really grateful if you could leave a commentㅠㅠ My nose wasn't originally upturned.
