My nose had silicone 335, osteotomy, hump nose correction, nasal tip surgery, and septal cartilage suturing, and I only had the silicone removed. Right after my first surgery, blood collected, then it collected again at one month, and again around 2 and a half years later, so I had open irrigation surgery. But 3 months later it collected again, so mine was a case where I had it removed. I never had inflammation even once. Now that the swelling in my nose has gone down, a slight step-off is visible, but it doesn’t bother me. When I told my friends I had it removed, they said they didn’t even know it had been removed, and even after I told them, they still couldn’t tell. It’s only been a month, but I hope my nose stays like this ㅠㅠ I hope it doesn’t changeㅠㅠ At the primary surgery clinic…
