10 years ago, I had a contracture reaction, so I removed the silicone and lived with only a support strut made of ear cartilage at the nasal tip + an ear cartilage cap over the nasal tip. But the lifted nostrils were so visible that I worried about it a lot, and then I had revision surgery for a contracted nose at a hospital famous for contracted-nose revision. Without silicone, they lowered the nasal tip with ear cartilage and used ear dermis? fascia to fill in the pinched nose and the severe beoseon-sock-shaped area in the middle of the nasal dorsum that had lifted because of the contracture, in a very natural way. But because my nose was originally so small and short, I really cannot get used to my nose right now My eyes are naturally pretty, so attention did not usually go to my nose, but now my nose is the first thing I see, so it bothers me so much... When will this swelling become a bit more natural and slim...? The nasal bridge is originally mine, and from about the middle below the nasal bridge, they filled it with ear dermis. It seems somewhat blunt because of the nature of dermis, but the nose lowered very naturally It is amazing that the lifted nasal tip really came down. They say dermis absorbs quickly, and I hope mine absorbs as soon as possible.... Is this the early mental-breakdown period people talk about after removing the splint after nose surgery? hahaha
