As of today, I’ve really been to 6 plastic surgery clinics. They say that for men, the nasal tip should point toward the ground and the nasolabial angle should be close to 90 degrees, but I’m so angry that the hospital made my nose look like a woman’s. When removing it, can this part be corrected at the same time? I’m curious whether it’s possible to remove all the septal cartilage and still shape the nose.
