It’s been one month since I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and the tip is just too high. I want to have an AS revision around 6 months later and lower it by about 2~3 mm with a closed approach. If it was done with autologous costal cartilage, do I absolutely have to reopen it and lower it again?? Is a closed approach not recommended?
