It feels like it’s been almost 20 years since I had it done. I don’t have any major side effects right now, but 1. the silicone moves, 2. my nostrils seem to be lifted very slightly, 3. when I’m not in good condition, the bridge of my nose also gets red, and 4. the shape was just done with silicone inserted through a closed approach and ear cartilage at the nasal tip, so I guess it’s not exactly that pretty. So I’m thinking about removal too. At the time, I was told they would use ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but I don’t know whether they really did that or not. The nasal tip is hard too, so anyway, if it was done closed, is removal also possibly doable through a closed approach?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
