My nasal tip turned black, so I’m thinking about revision surgery, and I was recommended donated dermis, autologous dermis, and costal cartilage. But I heard that if you use dermis, it gets absorbed, so does that mean it can’t be made high? I want a pretty shape, so I was wondering if the shape can only be corrected with silicone
