My nasal tip turned black, so I’m thinking about revision surgery, and I was recommended donated dermis, autologous dermis, and costal cartilage. But I heard that if you use dermis, it gets absorbed, so does that mean it can’t be made high? ㅠㅠ I want a pretty shape, so I was wondering if the shape can only be corrected with silicone ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
