I had surgery about 12–13 years ago with 4mm silicone used as septal support. Lately my malocclusion has gotten worse, and even at the time of surgery they said my face was crooked, so they closed it with the stitches crooked. Now that my jaw is shifted, the silicone stays straight as it should, but the nasal tip is twisted, so a step appears only on the left, and it feels like only the left side silicone is showing. Could you see the photos for me? Please tell me whether it’s not noticeable even if I just live normally, or if it’s really noticeable. My younger sibling said it’s not visible except for pores, but I want to keep living without surgery. Sorry the skin in the photo looks dirty…
