It’s been 2 and a half years since surgery, and I only used donated rib cartilage and silicone. Originally, I had a bulbous nose and a low nasal bridge, and I’m satisfied with it now. From the beginning, I didn’t want to make it much higher. But I’m bothered by the shape of my nostrils too, and it’s just uncomfortable in many ways when doing activities. Is there anyone here who had it removed simply because it was uncomfortable? I’m really thinking about it too.
