Can you recommend any? Almost all hospitals say they do septal extension, but there are too many downsides so I’m reluctant ㅜ My biggest worry is the nose getting hard. If I do it, will it become very stiff? I’ve heard there are so many cases where the foreign-body sensation is so bad that people end up getting revision surgery, so I’m worried.
