Three years ago, I had an upturned nose, a small nose, and a flat columella. Most of all, I had severe rhinitis, so it was great that I could have surgery for that at the same time. Since I wanted a natural-looking nose, I did it with the septum and ear cartilage without silicone, and unless I tell people, they really can't tell. (They can tell if they touch it.) My skin was thin to begin with, so there was a limit to how much it could be raised, so I'm satisfied ㅇㅅㅇ
