Estimate for first-time surgery: silicone, septum, osteotomy The consultation lasted over 2 hours, and the director explained everything in detail and carefully. The facility is very comfortable and clean. I think the price is high for a first surgery. They said the surgery is done very meticulously, so I should expect 3-4 hours minimum, but since it takes much longer than other places, I'm a bit worried.
