Can you still get cosmetic nose surgery while having septal surgery these days? Has anyone done it? My nasal bridge is fine, but my nostrils are a bit big, so I want to do something like reducing the nasal ala. If anyone has done it, please let me know. Please also recommend the price and a place that does it well.
